Mints, but not really mints.
Finally!Not sure what’s going on, but these cinnamon altoids are nowhere to be found at my local grocery stores. I resorted to amazon( of course) and boom! I love these mints. Like candy to me.

love the taste
These taste great and make an easy low calorie treat. As a therapist I am always recommending cinnamon (or sour) for trauma to help prevent it and to help you stay grounded. This is perfect as it is a jolt of wonderful taste. I recommend them all the time an have sent them overseas to soldiers on deployment. They don't have to know why it will still work!

Do you remember atomic fireballs?
These have the same flavor/heat as atomic fireballs. I popped a few in my mouth the other day and was shocked by the memories it triggered. They do work well as breath fresheners too.

Hard to find the cinnamon flavor
I always look for this flavor at the store but they are never in stock. I was so happy to see that Amazon had them and I ordered enough to share with my granddaughter. They are a nice change from Peppermint.
