UPDATE: After using this cup every day for one year, it’s still in great condition. It has held up nicely in the dishwasher and the lid comes apart so easily for extra cleaning. The snap sipper cover has not worn and locks in place securely, providing a tight seal. Still ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.After buying many thermal cups and returning them because they didn’t stay hot long enough for me to finish drinking my coffee in about a half-hour, I’ve finally found the perfect thermal cup.The difference is the vacuum seal. Well made and sturdy; tight seal and does not leak; stays very hot for about an hour and warm for a few hours; fits nicely under my small Keurig without having to remove the bottom piece; dishwasher safe; easy to remove the sturdy lid; easy open and close sipping hole. This cup is not flimsy.Some have commented that it’s difficult to remove the lid, but if you open the sipping hole, the lid unscrews on and off easily by releasing the vacuum seal.Another feature that sets it apart is that I can brew a 12-oz cup of coffee without the water overflowing, with room to spare.I have only positive things to say about this cup. It’s perfect and far superior to the others I’ve tried, including expensive popular name-brands.

This is a great travel mug. I've used it twice and so far, it's everything I was looking for. No leakage. I would have given it 5 stars, but I see on the wrapper it was made in China. I expected more from Thermos brand. I didn't see it stated in the description that it was made in China. Very disappointed in Thermos.

I have three of these and will never go with any other product. Easy, sturdy, and a breeze to clean.

Great cup
Perfect size , easy to use and to clean, keeps drinks cold or hot as needed. I highly recommend this cup

Leaks. Bad design.
I needed a leakproof container. This leaked all over and has a stupid design. You have to remove the lid to open it while it is covered with your drink, then put it back on to drink. I returned it.

Colors have different lid designs
I ordered one each of the Slate and Matcha Green colors. I noticed that the lids have significantly different designs. I haven't yet compared their efficacy, but it would not surprise me if one of them works much better than the other.I did have an issue with the Match Green one leaking a little while on a hike, but my drink was still lukewarm after about 2 hours of being out in 35° snowy weather.
