Not edible
Not even sure it was water chestnut flour. It did not absorb water, the socca flatbread came out of the oven as a jelly like glue. It was not edible. Threw away the bread and the rest of the box of flour. Complete waste of money. Also box contained a warning label - Cancer and Reproductive Health, ca.gov.

It was not a good quality deal.
We make cake for three time, but they all showed the shape not good. We made the cake very easy and well before. We think this purchase this time was not a good quality deal.
