I bought a small Takeya tirtan BPA free bottle for running because they are much lighter than the Hydro Flask type water bottles and the water taste much better than plastic bike bottles. I love that the ring on the lid folds down and helps hold the bottle in the holder and doesn’t get in the way while running. They stopped making the bottle and all the ones that fit my waist pack had lids that had a solid ring to hold the bottle. I tried them but the bottle would move and the ring would hit my arm. I was so happy to see they sell the lid. As long as the lid fit another brand bottle I was in luck. I’m buying extra lids just in case they stop making them. It was a long hard hunt to find them. I’m so excited I did find them.

fits perfect w/ my 40oz bottle. only gripes, lid can leak if nozzle is open and bottle tips. not a crazy amount, it leaks over time. straw could be a little longer, not much, just a little more so I'm getting the most out of each bottle.

The Takeya standard top is fine for many situations, but not in the car. A straw is much safer and convenient. We like it so much I think we use it more than the standard top for cold beverages. And my medical advisors tell me that using a straw leads to drinking and staying hydrated more. Not a good plan for coffee and other hot drinks. Otherwise...don't buy your Takeya without it.

Works fine fits bottle same as lid that comes with it. Straw is fine as well.

I really appreciate that 2 sets of straws came with this lid. It’s a beautiful color and does what it’s supposed to! The straws are just flimsier than the ones that came with my water bottle. This set is my back-up and will Definitely do the trick!

My other lid rubber seal was very dirty, and couldn't clean it out, so I bought this and I heard drinking out of straw makes you drink more water? 😂 I decided to try it out and probably just a placebo effect but I do drink more water during the day, so that's nice. Anyways, the straw is great, and it comes with 2. No leaks so far.

This lid is awesome. It's fairly easy to clean with brushes to get into the indents. Silicone gasket is easy to remove. It's leak proof, and withstands abuse.

I bought this to use with my aqua Brumate growler, seals well and matches my growler. Would recommend.

Great works well and seems to be slightly upgraded from my old lid.
