Can you freeze dried apricots? the bags are too big for us...

I've never tried freezing them, but I would have thought if you split the back into several bags & keep them as air tight as possible in a cupboard (or maybe even fridge) they should keep alright for quite a long time, as long as the 'best before/use by' date on the packet

Some reviewers are saying that they were sent packets beyond and/or very close to the bbe date; is the seller still doing this? thanks.

I have this item delivered every month. In November I received a bag best before 03/24 and am still using it. In December I received a bag best before 03/23. I am not sure how I received a bag later but with one year difference in best before date and different by 12 months! Still, I have been buying this same product for a very long time and never had to return it because it was stale or rancid. I hope this helps.
