Daughter loved them! Gloss is definitely sticky but isn’t all lip gloss. All were clear no color to them which was fine with me! lol smell wasn’t to strong. Didn’t irritate skin!

I love these lip glosses even as a adult. Not sticky, tasty, good size and nice shine. Put a lip stain on and some of these glasses and bam...it looks like lipstick without the dryness or transfer of most lip sticks. I have been using lipsmacker for 30 plus years and I still absolutely adore them. I have 5 chopsticks in my purse alone not even talking about how many lip glosses I have in there too. Lol. Lip smacked, I think I have a problem. 😂

Bought for the sake of nostalgia. The smells the way it feels when applied all added to the early 2000's nostalgia of being a kid again. This was exactly what I hoped it would be. I only subtracted 1 star because the package came in damaged with the lip glosses scattered around the inside of the box. Part of me worried someone opened it and maybe used it, but I'm thinking possibly the glue wasn't enough to keep the plastic onto the back? The lip glosses dont look used. Much as I would love to give a full 5 stars, I simply can't because I can't tell if that happened in transit due to rough handling, when being picked, or if it was a manufacturer issue of not sealing it right.

Used to be my favorite lip glosses until I found out about Lanolips. These are good starting out glosses. They aren’t too sticky or smelly. They are good and thick and small enough to fit in your pocket or purse.

Lip Smackers lip gloss is awesome but when it got my girls fingers it was supper sticky

Well...the smell is really really off and bad, that's for sure. Though people buy it as a part of collection. All of them smell the same, some smell straight up rotting but otherwise yeah they smell bad, and be careful because the stoppers easily break into it. My biggest mistake was opening them. And the gloss feels like water. I kid you not. Sigh.

The first picture is false advertising because you will not be getting those iconic transparent lids! They're kindergarten-like solid-colour lids which really kill the Y2K clear plastic aesthetic. Bummer. The flavours are not as delicious, fragrant or distinct as their originals were. "Best Flavor Forever"? No way! They blend into each other like timid personalities in a friend group, all varieties of vaguely sweet and forgettable. Strawberry - weak, tried to be cherry and failed Watermelon- strange citrus/floral undertones that stray from classic watermelon Shimmer Spun Sugar- it's new, it's a nice idea, but it's not necessary when Cotton Candy is right there. Couldn't we have had Sugar Crystal or Vanilla instead? Cotton Candy- annoyed that Spun Sugar stole its lid, used to be unapologetically sweet but is now the blandest of the bunch Tropical Punch- almost chemical tang, the only one that stands out because it's a rude mofo of a taste experience I would be a life-long customer, if: The lids were transparent The lid colours matched their bottle (swap Cotton Candy and Spun Sugar) The flavours were VASTLY improved These flavours were added: Vanilla (purple lid), Strawberry Kiwi (pink lid green bottle), Sugar Crystals (dark blue lid) The better these emulate the originals the more I want them. Right now they're a shadow of their former selves.
