Love this stuff it's like soy sauce plus adds lovely flavour to broth and noodles my favourite thing is adding it to chicken and veg broth soup with a bunch of barley and other grains

Taste is great, and is super healthy!
I'm personally using it for my heart burn and digestion and healing of my esophagus, the pain gets bad at points in my chest.. I pour a one box into a coffee cup, heat it for 2 minutes in the Microwave take it out give it a stir and sit and sip it and I do the same at night, either in place of dinner or before bed.. I haven't had any pain since starting it a month ago! I highly recommend for that... But everything about is healthy for you and this one tastes fine!!! Definitely have to drink it hot for best taste!

Great, but it's just soy sauce
日本の方にはお勧めしません。ただの香りのない醤油です。Sophisticated flavour, but it's not tsuyu.Tsuyu is made from a lot of Dashi (kombu kelp extract), and a LITTLE amount of soy sauce and mirin.It is said that the proportion is like 5:1:1.This product tastes almost soy sauce only. Its nutrition display says "Soy sauce 43%".I'm afraid we cannot call it a tsuyu.
