Water Stain REMVR 40OZ

I have years of hard water/mineral buildup on my exterior windows, and after trying multiple glass cleaners with little success, I decided to give Bio-Clean a try with #0000 steel wool. The difference was dramatic. One of my windows went from looking permanently cloudy to about 80% clear after one session. This isn’t a miracle product—you still need some elbow grease, and heavy mineral deposits won’t disappear with a quick wipe—but it actually removes buildup that regular glass cleaners won’t touch. A little product goes a long way, and it was easy to work with. If you’re dealing with hard water stains, I’d absolutely recommend giving this a try before assuming your glass is permanently etched or replacing your windows. It saved one of my windows, and I’m now working through the rest of the house.

Most importantly, I end the review with an answer as to whether I'd purchase the product again which I believe is the most critical question pertaining to the item. To manufacturers: Manufacturers: Want me to review your items, just let me know! I should have done a before and after photo. Everything has failed in the past so I didn't even consider it. I've had a particularly difficult hard water stripe that has formed over the years where the sliding shower door overlaps the fixed glass pain. Hazy, streaked and typical hard water deposit ... but not super rough because I've attempted to clean it at least 5 times in the past with various purchased remedies as well as multiple homemade concoctions recommended and essentially polished it. They 'helped' but never eliminated it. I tried this Bioclean remover along with a single Scotch Brite Zero Scratch pad in combination. A small bucket of water to maintain a moist sponge and deliberate circular strokes with the scrubber side, with consistent pressure. I made multiple passes over the area and didn't let it dry. The proof is always after you get done and it all dries. Every time in the past, it looks great at first and then the haze comes back - not this time! I missed a couple of areas but retreated and the glass looks almost new again. Even the heaviest deposits at the base were gone. The photo shows the 'after' effects. There was a long 1" - 2" hard water stripe from the base to about 3/4 of the way up. The product smells like wintergreen and is somewhat creamy, a bit like soft-scrub. I'm not sure what the active chemicals are in it or if it's the soft abrasive nature from the combination o the cleaner and the sponge, but I don't care. After trying so many different combinations of homemade and purchased cleaners, this is the one! Highly, highly recommend this product.

I’ve tried several different products to remove the hard water stains from my shower glass, but nothing worked as well as this. It removed the stains effortlessly and left the glass looking crystal clear. After seeing how well it worked on the shower, I also used it to remove stubborn water spots from my husband’s side of our bathroom mirror that I hadn’t been able to get off before. It worked perfectly. This product is absolutely worth buying, and I highly recommend it!

This stuff works so well. It gets off hard water stains with minimal effort. It smells a little minty almost. I love that it’s a natural product with no toxic fumes or residue. That being said, there is no warning on the bottle about needing gloves - in fact, pictured in the bottle is a woman using it with bare hands. I did the same. Two days later, the entire inside of my hands is peeling. Have you ever done one of those foot masks where your whole foot peels? It’s like that. So far, it’s just one layer, but it’s pretty intense. I have snake hands and a clean shower.

This stuff works great! I used my power scrubber with the cloth head and the window was done in minutes. The water spots are gone!! The product rinses off easily and I polished the window with a glass towel at the end. I’m so very happy with this product,

I was not as impressed with this product as I hoped for. This was purchased for a specific project so I have not been able to try it on anything else that maybe it would do a better job but it didn't solve the problem that I purchased it for.

I bought this product last September, but I was afraid to use it because I thought it might scratch the glass, and I was skeptical that it would work. After trying nearly everything else, I finally gave it a chance—and I’m so glad I did. I washed my shower glass about eight times using vinegar, vinegar and water, vinegar with dish soap, Scrubbing Bubbles for hard-water stains, CLR, Lime-Away and other cleaners. Every time the glass dried, the hard-water spots were still there. At first, I tested a small area using a microfiber cloth and didn’t think it had worked. But after rinsing and drying the glass, I came back later and could clearly see streaks where the product had broken through the buildup and revealed the clear glass underneath. I used the product with a Scotch-Brite Zero Scratch sponge, and it worked beautifully. After three years of trying to remove these stains, my shower glass is finally clear and looks amazing. In the photo I attached, the glass is now so clear that, if it weren’t for the reflection, you might not even realize there is a large glass panel there. I’m sorry I didn’t take a before picture. I honestly wasn’t expecting to write a review. Now I want to tell the world!

This is the best window cleaner ever! For someone who only washes windows once a year, this product cut through the water spots instantly. I will buy more. Hope they make it in a spray bottle for smaller windows.
