Strong and handy blower.
This is a good battery-powered blower. Balances well, easy to use trigger, and not too loud. Not quite as powerful as my 12-amp corded blower but not lacking in power either. No problem clearing wet leaves off of driveway and blowing them a few feet onto the lawn.Don't expect to be able to do your fall clean-up with this or any battery-powered blower. That's not what they are for. A 5Ah battery lasts for 10-15 minutes on full-power. Plenty enough to blow off the driveway, walks, landings, sidewalk, etc. Also very convenient for getting into the garden and other hard to reach places. Great for blowing off deck, pool apron and patio, and clearing dirt, dust, and leaves from the garage. Also plenty of power to clean your gutters, without dragging a cord behind you.If you have a small property then this (possibly with a spare battery handy) is all you need. And even if you already have a corded blower or a backpack gas-powered blower, this Dewalt is so much handier you will find yourself using it a lot.If you already have Dewalt tools and batteries (I did) this is practically a no-brainer. And if you are buying into a tool ecosystem, Dewalt brushless is a good platform.

Works well, powerful
Works as expected. A little too powerful for my needs, cleaning a garage gym floor and drying cars, use in small concrete backyard. But does what you expect and would work well for larger yard, cleaning leaves, etc. Can't say how it does on battery life, my run time is 5-10 minutes only, but no fade during that time.

Dewalt, you can't go wrong.
Good little electric blower good for porch, shop. Probably would have not bought if I had not already had batteries and charger. Like any of them the battery does not last. I do like Dewalt- small job one battery, big job 2 battery, makes it easy on cleaning gutters, lite and can maneuver on ladder or if you like me I just get on roof and the size, and no cord is good.

A Good Buy
This leaf blower works really well, however, the battery life is not very good. The batteries only last a couple minutes before dying so you have to work really quickly to get everything done in time. I would highly suggest factoring the battery life when considering whether or not to purchase this product. I've been using DB207 batteries which could be part of the problem. The blower power, size, weight, and everything else is good.

Great powerhouse of a blower
Excellent power, much better than B&D 20v. The flow through design is fantastic and it has a dual trigger mechanism offering on off varible or permanent on slider. Only downside I have found is because it is a flow through it can grab your clothes if they are loose and cover the intake, easy enough to work around. I highly recommend this model if you are in the dewalt 20v eco system.

Plenty of Blowerpower Power and Battery Longevity
I use DeWalt 20V tools as a platform for all my battery powered tool needs. I have Recip saw, Chain saw, long reach chain saw, Table saw, small 4" circular saw,Impact tool, Screw Drivers and Drills. They all perform exceedingly well for the battery powered tasks they are used for. I use my tools on a small farm and for remodeling homes. This blower is as good as any you can find in the battery powered market. I have gas powered. Gas powered have more force and you can refill gas to easily run all day. If you are needing professional level for long days of use get the gas powered. But for every day home owner use, this battery powered blower is plenty adequate for power, no need for messing around with gas and maintenance of gas powered. Battery power limits the period of time you will use it to about 15-20 minutes at full force, you can get a more time if you do not use it at full force, perhaps 1/2 hour using a 4Ah Battery. Most jobs do not require much more time than that for a home owner. If you are running this tool at full force it will heat the battery to the point that it must cool before recharging. I have several batteries for all my tools so that is not such a problem for me, I always have a few fully charged already. For the guy who has only 1 or 2 batteries it might be a problem if you have BIG jobs that you want to do today. . Put the hot battery after using it into your refrigerator to cool it down. They do get hot! It will allow you to recharge the battery much quicker than wating for it to cool at room temperature. I would reccomend having two 4Ah batteries charged up when you start your work. Use the first and put it in the refrigerator, use the second and then start recharging the first while you put your second battery in the fridge. Grab a beer while your at it and wait for the first battery to charge. Put your second battery now cooled onto the charger and get back to work!I am very pleased with my new blower. I used it to blow out my garage, driveway, patio and sidewalks with a 4Ah and 2 Ah battery. I used it blow off my roof and blow leaves out of my gutters with two 4Ah batteries. Plenty enough power and having 2 batteries gave me enough longevity to finish the job. If you want to blow your lawn of leaves and more, then plan to charge you batteries to get the job finished.

Dewalt battery blower - Hurricane tested
I purchased this Dewalt battery powered blower just to have and use for small jobs around the garage and driveway. Never thought two weeks later I’d be using this to clean Hurricane Milton storm debris from my house and seven neighbors. No power, no problem. Little unit packs a punch and worked on anything not too heavy. Blew the debris into piles and my neighbors bagged it up. A little over 4 hours and we’re done. Only problem I had was two 20volt 6ah batteries weren’t enough, but was able to use my solar power bank to recharge the batteries fairly quickly. Will be getting a couple of more batteries when things calm down. Would highly recommend this product and all Dewalt products!
