Was considering cheaper options, but couldn’t be more happy with these, well worth the extra few ££

My wife and I stopped going to the gym early September. We have put on so much weight 😭😭😭So we bought an exercise bike and decided to buy these resistance bands as they seemed much better than the basic rubber ones. I can't stand rubber especially when it's wet. It's a bit like nails on a blackboard.Anyway, we are really pleased with these. We use them in the morning after a session on the bike and they are very easy to put on.The fabric texture really feels like premium. I can't believe how little they charge for it. Really pleased with the robustness as well. I have chunky legs and they do a great job.

These are great! I use all 3 colors for different glute/leg workouts depending on how much resistance I want. I 100% recommend these to anyone who wants to take their workouts to the next level. Very comfortable, the colors are fun and the pouch that comes with it is useful to keep them contained in my small gym bag,

Just started with a Personal Trainer and she suggested I get myself a set of these and looked at a few of them and after I read the Reviews I went for these and I am glad I did because they are great, even my Trainer is impressed so much she wants a set. I have used them a few times now and they are strong and do the job I want them to do, very happy with them and so will you, They have a Bag inside the box so you won’t loose them, it will help keep them separate from the rest of your Gym items. They come in different strengths for beginners to experience I am a beginner. Very good and happy with my bands.

Good strong bands, nice quality for the money. Would recommend as the product is good value for money. Strong and the bands seem sturdy. Colours are nice and true to photo.

The resistance bands feels good due to the high quality material and there are three sizes to choose from. Love the colours and the stretchy fabric which offers a lot of resistance in the training, therefore helps increase the intensity of the exercises. Feels fantastic and good value for money. Recommend these bands to anyone looking for good quality at such reasonable prices.

I love these so much. I was given some resistance band material from the physio to do some exercises to strengthen my glutes, but it was the thin red silicone tape that just rolls up into a really narrow strip and just hurts your skin. These stay in place nicely due to the anti-slip, area really wide so they don't dig into your flesh, and really strong a durable. Would almost wish there was one even less strong than the green, but really happy. I use them to do my glute medius exercise (crab walks) and hip bridges and hip flexor exercises. Would recommend to anyone who also struggles with the physio-supplied bands that dig into your flesh.
