The company was nice and offered back some money to accommodate but ended up sending the replacement parts to replace the damaged item. I completely was grateful for the great service to fix the issue and after that it worked like a charm. I might’ve been ok with the defect but scared that it might break and cause bigger issue if I didn’t report it. So I still give a 5 star since when there was a issue they did stuff to resolve the issue.

I have the screen up indoors, so I haven’t tried the stand, however the instructions listed in the box aren’t good, however, I reached out to customer service and they were able to provide a link to an instructional video.

I bought this to use for an outside projector/speaker that I bought. The screen size is nice, the material seems good and it rolls open and closed well. The initial problems were trying to open and stand it up. The moment I opened the screen, the whole thing collapsed onto the legs, breaking two of the three plastic caps on the legs. They are supposed to prevent the legs from opening too far. I had to eventually use a bungee cord around the legs to hold them in one spot or they fall and move all over the place. It can be carried by the handle, but not easily. I had a lot of difficulty opening it without help from another person. The legs do not function as described in the directions. There was nothing to release or hold them. They simply flop around, which I thought was strange. It was a nice screen for the money, but the legs are garbage. If it opened easier and the legs locked in place, it would be a home run.

Despite being large; a bit unwieldy/heavy; and storage challenged, once it's set up it works very well both for indoor and outdoor use as a movie projection screen. The only concern I have is that the pivot/connection point to the tripod stand where the screen goes from vertical to horizontal for use seems too loose. Care needs to be taken so that the pivot/connection point doesn't break during setup or take down. This is a weak point in the design and hopefully doesn't break through long term/continuous use.

Great screen for the price! Only concerns I had were if I used it outside the wind would blow it from side to side, and it would fall. The legs should be made of more sturdy material. Really wanted to use it out doors. Is perfect if you are using it indoors.If there ever comes a time when I need one for indoors, I will purchase this again. And the smell was not bad at all, the little that there was only lasted an hour or two, just leave it open in an open room.

Vivo 100in projector screen exceeded expectations. I used a tape measure to get an idea of the screen size, but I was still pleasantly surprised how large the screen looked in the living room. Setting up and taking down the screen is easy enough for 1 person. I have a budget projector, yet the image looks great. No wrinkles and the screen is made of thick material. It does have a plastic smell for the first few days. I suggest leaving it unrolled to air out. I've only used the projector screen inside since it's winter. The tripod stand/legs are not sturdy, and will need to place sand bags or tie down the screen when using outside. It would be nice if a storage bag or Velcro ties were included to secure the screen.

I feel like if we had three of those tension straps for the top and bottom this would be totally 5 stars. The top kept popping apart with a mild wind. So, since the screen was basically holding the top front bars together and the stakes held the bottom pretty well, we took two straps from the bottom to put across the top two rear bars. That seemed to work better.Otherwise, everything else was great. The screen was smooth and clear. Everyone enjoyed the experience. Definitely better than the garage door. LOL

I like this screen but we don’t use the stand when we are at home viewing outdoors. Stand takes up too much room. We mount it to our patio.Screen is good quality but takes up a lot of square footage to use the stand.We may use it when camping but I think I would try ropes first around trees if possible before trying the stand option.

very easy to assemble. Provides a good backyard experience for movie night. The only thing that is a bit annoying is that the straight connectors do not grip the frame pieces tightly so when you are trying to position it, the frame comes apart. I had to put a few pieces of duct tape to hold in place. Other than that, a good product for the price.

The white center pieces that hold the bars together don't fit tight, so any movement, the bars fall out. I am going to silicone around them to hold them tighter in place. It should work just fine.

This projector screen and stand is great. We set it up in the back yard for that "drive in movie" experience. Takes about 10 min to set it up and I needed a step stool to reach the top of the stand. I was able to set it up by myself. The black matting on the back of the screen blocks out any light sources from behind the screen so our movies always look great. Definitely worth the investment.
