Inexpensive way to remove rust stains on concrete.
Used to remove orange rust stains on my concrete sidewalk. I mixed 8oz oxalic acid with 2 gallon of water in a pump sprayer. I sprayed the area twice to keep the area wet with the solution for about 40 minutes. Then I rinsed the area with clean water and let the spots dry and the stains were gone.

Removes yellow / orange stains from cement sidewalks
After a ton of research looking into how to remove the orange stains on my sidewalk I found out about Oxalic Acid. I mixed 8oz per 1 gallon of water in a pump sprayer. I sprayed the area twice and used a broom to assist with stain removal. I basically let the spots dry and the stains were gone. Save your money from those other products that are made to take away stains that don't actually take away stains.

Worked to take the water stains off my boat.
The slime on my boat needed to be removed and this product cleaned off all the grimy crap on the bottom. From nasty to pristine in a matter of minutes. Apply, wait 5-10 minutes and power wash. That simple!

Not sure what I should have expected...
I have 160+ year old wooden flooring in my kitchen that has been covered on and off for much of that time (I'm guessing based on the old paint, tar-type, material, etc.) and after hand scraping it of as much of the layering as I could, was hoping for a miracle to remove the very, very old water stains and more. I've worked on it in a couple spots so far and it's doing something though I realize now I should have taken before and after pics to get a better sense of the difference.I would have like the product to come with directions for use (water to powder ratio) as well as a clearer sense of how much to buy to do the job I am trying to do.I will try and come back with pictures once I get more done. Also, the internet is filled with the potential dangers of this product at this concentration so I would encourage everyone to read about it before purchasing. So far, I like how it's working but I was hoping to love it.

Remove and clean iron from water filter
I use this product to clean the residual iron from the pleated sediment filter used on my well. It works very well and saves me from the cost of prematurely replacing the cartridge filter. Using the Oxalic Acid enables me to clean to filter to a total white state like it was when it was new. After cleaning the filter with the Oxalic Acid, I neutralize any residual acid by soaking in baking soda solution and then give it a final clean water rinse.

Just what was needed.
I had a rust stain on q quartz countertop and a slurry of this took it out quickly and did not harm the surface.

Giving five stars because I don't really know what it ...
Giving five stars because I don't really know what it is or what it does and don't want to say anything negative when I really don't know. Someone online said to buy it to try to get rust stains out of the vinyl or whatever type of kitchen flooring (was not tile) I had. Did NOT work after several attempts.

DIdn't really work
I had been told this was 'magic' for cleaning the bottom of my boat. About as good as lukewarm tap water methinks. I know a lot of people have great success with it, just not the right product for my use I guess.
