Really strong and it works good

This is a simple way to deter car-cover thieves, who just want a quick "grab-N-go". But for those motivated thieves who really want your cover, this is certainly too weak and easy to cut though. Otherwise, the cable is long enough to go under my Tesla model 3, and secure its cover nicely using the provided padlock. Since the car sits on the street, and that cover cost around $300, I rather give some potential thieve some work to do if they want to steal it, versus just leaving the cover on the car without a locking mechanism of some sort.

All you really need, a cheap cable and lock as a deterrent. Yes it is defeat-able, but what isn’t?

It does what it should. Protect your cover from those pesky vandals or from the wind. But it's not thick enough to prevent it from the would be thief. Also, the lock is very small, but it's enough to keep the vandals away.
