I used this whey isolate on my workout days and took it right after training. I mixed it mostly with yogurt and sometimes with water. It blended fast and gave me a smooth, even drink each time. Très bon goût surtout avec du lait. Attention ne pas mettre trop de lait (ou d'eau),100ml suffisent. Le chocolat a vraiment meilleur goût que creme and cookies.

Il sapore è eccellente, la solubilità ottima anche in acqua fredda o latte freddo. Io mi preparo la bibita mettendo tutto nel frullatore, che rende tutto più cremoso, ma anche in un semplice shaker funziona benissimo. Fra le migliori proteine mai provate, da tutti i punti di vista.
