It is just as well this umbrella comes in its own bag, as it was flimsily wrapped in thin black PLASTIC (so much for Amazon’s sustainability policy!), which had split open in several places during transit! The umbrella itself seems well made, fortunately. Edit: The umbrella broke on its first day of use! It was breezy, but not particularly gusty, but the umbrella blew inside out and the tiny piece of thread holding the canopy to one of the rib tips snapped off! Very disappointed. Definitely not worth the money, sadly.

This umbrella is amazing. You can buy it cheaper at Costco now, but it's a great umbrella. Large coverage, highly adjustable and solid in the wind. I even set it up in shallow water and it stayed up in the wet sand.

Teniendo en cuenta que cualquier sombrilla de 2 m en el chino te cuesta entre 30-36€ y la vida de esa sombrilla es una temporada en la que no haya ni un día de levante, esta de tommy bahamas es una inversión, sombrilla robusta y fuerte Gracias al mecanismo para clavarla en la arena(efecto taladro), gracias a las aberturas de arriba el aire puede pasar sin hacer efecto globo(así la sombrilla no se vuela en los días de levante), muy buena sombra gracias a la calidad de la tela por lo que protege de los rayos solares, ocupa poco espacio (cabe en cualquier maletero) y además no pesa. Si la compras tienes sombrilla para unos cuantos de años, yo estoy encantada

The product arrived missing the part that should go into the sand, and it definitely wasn’t a Tommy Bahama umbrella since it had no logo anywhere, and colour wasn’t matching with the one on pictures. Just a headsup.

Great product! Mine finally died yesterday after 5 years of service. The hinge where you can tilt the umbrella broke on it's own (I was sleeping at the beach and when I woke up the umbrella was on the sand).
