The flip pad is very comfortable. The grips are nicely placed as a great versatility. Love this for stretching.

I think this will be a great addition to my yoga accessories. It seems well made I like the padded part in the middle lots of loops and its long enough to do a lot of things with the only thing I didn't realize when I purchased it was that it's kind of a nylon, purse strap type material for some reason I thought it was going to be rubber but that's my fault for not reading the entire description. Shipped super fast (2 days) very happy with this! No I wasn't paid for this review either ;-)

I got this to help me stretch better for back and hip problems. It's a great help. I do wish the poster that came with it had more moves on it. It doesn't have all of the hip ones on it. I had to go to therapy for a sprained ankle and they had a poster for a stretch strap that has more moves on it and I'm going to take a picture of that one. I do like the quality of the strap and it was shipped quickly.

Simple, and effective. Works as intended. Using a strap can be great for some and not so great for others. Really depends on what you need it for. For me, it helps with my arms and legs more than anything. I get a deeper stretch but it does require some exertion as you have to brace/pull/push the strap. It’s not a miracle ‘does the work for you’ type of thing. Very much a YMMV tool. Super durable from what I can tell! No issues this far.

I bought this strap for stretching and one other very important reason. I use this strap to help me lift my legs in and out of bed. I put my right foot through the farthest loop on the right, and my left foot in the loop farthest to the left. I draw up the excess strap in the middle. I sit on the side of the bed and lift each leg and lie down. I sleep with this strap around each ankle because I do not have the ability to roll over from my back to side. I pull up on the straps to help me do that. Then in the morning, I use the strap to take my legs off the bed. In the bathtub I use a bath chair. I sit on the side of the tub and scoot back on the bath chair. I put the strap on each leg and lift my legs over the tub. Before using the strap, I was lifting my legs over the tub with my own strength, and it was getting more and more difficult, and I needed help. With the strap, my legs POP over the tub with no real effort on my part. This strap helps me be MORE independent! I no longer need help in the tub, getting in and out of bed, and stretching my body. Life is good with this strap!

Used this in PT for my foot and bought to maintain PT at home.

I love to stretch and when I used this during some physical therapy sessions, I knew I wanted one to use at home on a regular basis. My only complaint is your dog may mistake it for a leash and think it's walk time, when all you're trying to do is get on the floor and stretch your hams. Comes with a poster to demonstrate a variety of stretches, but so far I've only been doing my regular few. Looking forward to incorporating a few more stretches into my routine.

This strap helps to provide me with a great, much needed stretch. Being a bigger person, we don't always maintain our flexibility the way we should. Everytime I use this strap I feel more energized and my body feels really good. Definitely provides that deep stretch that we all crave at times!

La calidad del producto es buena, puedo tensar la correa y sujetarla con firmesa para poder estirarme como necesito. Me gusto mucho pero me hubiera gustado más que fuera más accesible en cuanto al precio.

Product returned p, did not meet expectations at all

Simple strap with a bunch of loops on it and small pad in middle. All you need for stretching. Liked the poster with 12 stretches and instructions for each. Just what I wanted. Nothing fancy but at this price point all I expected/needed
