22003-11, Four-Light Ceiling Fan Fitter Light Kit with Pull Chain, Brushed Nickel

EDIT: I misspoke in my original review. I should have written that I measured the circumference and my husband, using PI, was able to tell me the DIAMETER of that part, which is the necessary dimension. Our older Kichler light kit (for a Kichler ceiling fan) blew one of three lights and we were told it couldn't be replaced or repaired. When I tried to get the same kit, I found, to my dismay, that it's been discontinued so I had to look for a replacement. Well, this isn't as easy as it sounds. In order to be sure a different mfg’s light kit will fit your particular ceiling fan, you need to know the dimension of the top of light kit because it’s that which attaches to the bottom of the fan housing. I can’t tell you how many places and mfgs I called trying to get this information. You’d think it was a state secret. In the interim I got up on the ladder and measured the circumference of that part and my husband converted it to inches. Now I had something to go on. I finally found 2 different light kits from Aspen Creative but wanted to be sure they would work. I called and a very nice person actually went to look for me and got the dimensions of both. So 5 stars to this rep for being so accommodating. Once I got the kits, I saw that except for the fact that one of the kits had included globes, the metal fixtures were exactly the same, so we returned the one with the globes. Had I known they were exactly the same, I would have only bought the metal fixture. I measured the kit and sure enough it was the right size. Our super installed it the other day and it looks very nice. Perfect color and fit. I’ve had these globes in the house for years and finally they came in handy. I must say they look even better than the ones that were on there before. Thanks again to that person from Aspen Creative for helping me. Otherwise I’d still probably be looking. And if you’re interested, the size of the top of the kit is 3.5”.

Perfect. We had a cord go out and couldn’t turn the light on for our ceiling fan. Took it apart and couldn’t just replace the switch because it was built in. This was the exact piece we needed and it was super simple to swap out. Works perfectly and looks good.

Nice light fixture. It has a smaller diameter than average fan fixtures. Good thing I had an adaptor and it works well

It works great, but I thought it came with the glass shades, but it did not. That was another expense I was not anticipating.

I have a couple of ceiling fans that use candelabra base bulbs. I bought a pair of these fixtures to convert them from candelabra base to a regular E26 bulb base. The fixtures did not fit my fans (Patriot Lighting "Eros" 44" ceiling hugger fans from Menards), but I was able to remove the threaded part from the inside and make it work with parts from the existing fixtures. In the end, I got what I wanted.

I was looking for a conversion kit to convert my 3-light ceiling fan to a 1-light only version. This item works well and looks good. No complaints. Finding a good-looking lamp shade with a 4-inch fitting seems to be more of a challenge.

I bought this item in August 2023. As with Walter, my pull chain broke off inside the switch assembly shortly after the purchase. I didn't replace the new part right away as it was not that big of a deal. I also bought a new $19.00 globe. As time passed, I considered a new fan. Even though not really trusting the switch/light assembly, I decided to gamble and buy the same one again. Maybe that may solve my problem, Right Walter? , Stay tuned for further review!

I have a 20 year old, 32 inch Hunter Ceiling Fan that I wanted to add a light kit to. Was difficult to find one that would fit. Decided to try this one even though there was no fitter information, only overall footprint dimensions. Since the footprint was small, I thought it might work and it fit perfectly. This is the fitter information. The two mounting screw holes on the top of the light kit are 2 1/2 inches apart and the overall diameter of the top of the light kit is around 3 1/4 inches. This fit the fan perfectly. The mounting screw holes were not relevant for my application since I used the hollow bolt that the wires go through to mount the light kit. This bolt was also a perfect fit for the threaded hole in the fan. Overall, absolutely perfect for my fan! See Photo!
