Q: Are the blades replaceable once dull?

I don’t believe so. But for the price this is an excellent peeler

Q: What are the little holes in the back of the peelers for?

The 5 holes on the back of the peelers are for zesting citrus peel. The small divet on the top end of the peelers are to remove potato eyes. The larger hole at the bottom of the handle base is for hanging the peelers.

Q: What are the little holes in the back of the peelers for?

I believe they are there to be used to remove the zest on citrus fruits but I have never tried it.
