We have always loved the KIND bars however, the regular size bar were just too big for my kiddo to eat the entire bar. The kind mini bars have quickly become my family’s go-to snack. Here's my detailed review: Taste and Texture The combination of caramel, almond, and sea salt is absolutely delightful. The sweetness of the caramel pairs perfectly with the nuttiness of the almonds, while the sea salt adds a satisfying contrast that enhances the overall flavor. The texture is also spot on; the bars are chewy with a pleasant crunch from the almonds. Portion Size At 0.7 ounces each, these mini bars are the perfect size for a quick snack. They fit perfectly in snack boxes for my daughter's dance classes, providing a quick and nutritious option between routines. I absolutely love these mini bars and like to have one now and then as a small treat since I am currently counting calories to lose some weight! They are definitely worth the cost, especially because they are much more expensive at cvs and my local supermarket (if they are even in stock). I would not say they are filling, but these bars are a great snack between meals every so often. According to the nutrition label on the package, each bar contains 3g fiber, 3g protein and 3 g sugar (1% of which is natural occurring sugar, leaving it at only 2g of added sugars). And, even though one mini bar has 7g fat, it does not impede my weight loss progress in the least since I consume fatty foods very, very infrequently. As for the moisture level of the bars, I can say that they are not rock hard like some granola bars, but, of course, there is a crunch to them because of the almonds, which is the first ingredient on the list and therefore most plentiful. I actually prefer to keep them in the freezer since I most enjoy cold snacks, particularly dark chocolates, rather than those at room temperature.

This is a delicious, perfect sized treat that’s not too sweet, yet satisfies the need for “something sweet” while being low glycemic friendly. Kind is known for high quality ingredients and this treat doesn’t disappoint. Perfect size for your purse and for travel. Worth the price!

I really like the taste. I dont usually like salty but this good. I like these small ones because it helps me to control how much I eat in one go.
