Great product, super fast, worth every penny!
I bought this desk back in August to edit my novels and it works beautifully! The dual screens really help. The system is super fast and everything looked brand new. Sometimes I read these reviews and noticed that people had trouble with their WiFi adapter, but I haven't had any trouble at all. Please note that the speaker is in the actual computer and not on the monitors. The monitors can also be raised, tilted, and turned side ways. For my computer, the only thing I had to buy was a power cord for the actual computer because my set only came with a cord for the monitors. But that was just my situation. In my pic is everything that comes with. The wireless keyboard and mouse, the PC, the dual monitors... Oh! One more thing, the computer itself is pretty large. I thought from the pic it would be small but just keep in mind that it has some size to it. I keep it on its tall side to save space. I am really loving it and it is worth every penny! Really pleased!!

Don't! Will never buy refurbished again
Waste of money. Don't do it. I never leave reviews unless it's completely necessary. If it's amazing and worth my time or if it's a complete waste. I've had this for approx 1 year and it's always gave me issues with turning on. I'd always try mess around with it and it would eventually start up. I think it's officially done. I will say also that I've hardly used it regularly. I got it specifically for writing my memior and haven't been faithful in doing that yet. I use this on occasion to look up something in the moment I need which is rare because I usually either use my phone or do it at work. Don't waste your time, money, or energy. 0/5 stars

The first review I have even given to any product ever.
The product shipped on time and was delivered to Alaska as advertised in perfect working order. I am not tech savvy in the least. If it wasn't for spell check you probably couldn't read or understand most of this review. The provided directions were easy to read and understand. Yet I still had question's that I couldn't find the answers to on google. The Tech service was spot on and had me up and using my dual screen with very little effort for someone who was born before the internet was available.

I got everything I expected
Great value for the money. Everything was sent very quickly. They sent the tower and monitors separately. I emailed them and received a response on the same day. A representative even messaged me a follow up to let me know when the second package would arrive. It came with everything I needed to set up. The computer is (as is) refurbished as described but the monitors are amazing! I’m using it for writing and personal projects. Left 4-stars for gaming only because I don’t know.

Hard Drive failed after one year
As a web developer I used this computer every day. I found it nice to use with 2 monitors. Windows update said it was not able to upgrade to windows 11. Unfortunately after 1 year the hard drive crashed so bad that I could not access the data in any way.

Defective Components
I had to replace one of the video cables (display port) and I had to replace the WiFi adapter. I attempted to install the Microsoft 365, but failed to do so because of the WiFi adapter was way too slow. Speed was rated below 5. Obtained a new adapter and purchased a new displayport. Now I am fighting the issue that I hadn't paid for the Microsoft 365 license because it failed to install properly eariler. The Product Key was listed as used, when in fact the original installation failed because the WiFi was too slow. Since I purchased a new DisplayPort cable and new WiFi adapter, the computer is running like a charm.

Junk. Junk. Junk.
I bought you’re computer with the understanding that it was renewed and I assumed everything would be in order. Problems. There are cuts and scratches all over the computer. The keyboard did not work and was filthy. The mouse didn’t work either and was filthy. One of the monitors has a crack in the upper right side and it blocks the close X. This company did not stand behind anything they said about the condition of this system. I looked around for the same system on line and let’s say I got whipped off. This company stole 300$ from me. Please do not work with these people it is not worth the time or money. Don’t trust anyone in this company. NO TRUST YOU ALL SUCK AND ARE THIEVES.
