Jameson PHA-14 Pole Adapter

I have a Marvin pruner head that came off a wooden pole. I wanted to use it with my Notch pole saw poles. This adapter is exactly what I needed. I've seen other reviews where people said they had to drill or otherwise modify this to work in similar applications. That was not the case with my set up. I premeasured the insertion depth and determined that the bolt holes would line up. I did have to drive the adapter into the pruner with a dead blow hammer and do the final bolt hole line-up with an alignment punch. But that was all there was to it. It's lightweight, appears to be well made and so far has worked great for my application.

Long shanks on each end to fit deep into the tool and pole.

This worked well for me on my Jameson pole after cutting about 1/4” inch off so that it would fit down to lock

Now i need the saw blade and head

This adapter is overpriced to begin with but upon assembly to my Marvin heads I found these adaptors were improperly sized in manufacturing. They will not bottom out in the pruner head without modifications. Would NOT recommend.

This item was suggested to be used with a pole clip I purchased. Sadly it was not compatible and rather then go through the process of returning, I modified it to work.
