Today is day 1. I dissolved the scoop in hot water first due to other reviews that it clumps in cold. Added ice and let it cool down. I will say it’s not a good taste with just water. It’s chalky. I added a scoop of protein powder and much better! Let’s see how this goes! Been waiting awhile to try this.

It’s creatine. I use it as a daily supplement of 5 grams per day. I don’t have intense workouts anymore but I do feel a difference in strength. Don’t expect it to dissolve in cold water because like I said, it’s creatine… it won’t. Just stir it, drink, repeat. I have had no stomach issues. Pretty good value. No problems with the seller.

I've been taking this for 3 weeks now, having never taken creatine before. I stir it into my coffee in the morning, so I really can't taste the product, and there's very minimal grit if I don't stir enough. I've experienced zero stomach issues, no bloating, no weight gain, which is saying something because I'm highly sensitive to most supplements.Probably too soon to start seeing any results in the gym just yet (I'm female, 53 & vegetarian) but have noticed a slight energy boost. Highly recommend!
