Bought this battery as replacement for Dyson stick vacuum. Simple to install. Battery failed before 3 month warranty was up. Contacted seller and had a replacement within a few days. 5 stars to the seller. Will continue to order from this supplier.

This battery is an absolute piece of junk. Not even close to its rated power. Could only run my Dyson V11 animal+ for maybe 3 minutes. I have tried maybe 5 times, and now it won't even take a charge. It is a total rip off!!!

I went to use my Dyson V11 stick vacuum and it would not start. After doing a search on Amazon, I realized the problem was probably the battery. Luckily, Amazon had a replacement. Removal of the old battery was as easy as pushing a button and lifting it off. I ordered the replacement Thursday morning and Amazon delivered my package the next afternoon. I just snapped the new battery in place, charged it 3 1/2 hours and I was ready to go. I’ve used it several times and my vacuum is better than new. A new Dyson would have been expensive and I really like the one I have. I had also invested in several attachment for this model. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Works great as a replacement

I usually don't ever leave reviews, however, in this case, I feel I have no alternative. I bought this item on August 23, 2022. In December 2022, when I used it, which is not frequently, it kept dying and wouldn't work. Thought perhaps I didn't have in correctly so it wasn't fully charged. This turns out not to be the case as it continued to only be used for 5-10 minutes, then died; and today when I went to use it, it wouldn't work at all. I would not recommend this product as it only worked for 3 1/2 months before it started not to work properly and its just barely 6 months 2 weeks old and does not work at all. Unfortunately, the sellers apparently doesn’t warrant it at all. What a waste of month. I am so disappointed.

I must say upfront that I have had a lot of problems with many of the batteries that I have ordered to use on my dyson vacuums. However, this one seems to be working fine so far. It charges easily and quickly, snaps into place without problems and seems to last as long as the dyson battery. I will repost in the future if I run into problems with the battery like it losing its power or being more difficult to charge. Right now I can cautiously recommend this battery to use with your dyson vacuums to give you more running time to finish vacuuming your home.
