Good quality
This is the second one I've bought, one for my daughter and this one for my niece. They both love designing their own clothes. It's easy to use, lightweight, and doesn't take up much space.

Easy to store in closet
The sewing machine is easy to thread even without instructions. I haven’t used my old machine because it was very heavy even if portable so gave it away and purchased new one. The size is easy to store in closet. I am happy with the results.

Easy to Use Entry Level Machine
This simple sewing machine is easy to set up and use, though I had to find a YouTube video to demonstrate how to insert the vertical bobbin. Every sewing machine I’ve ever used has a bobbin tray directly under the needle foot, but this one requires opening up the front of the machine to install. There is no instruction booklet, just a sheet with drawings. I gifted this to my granddaughter for Christmas, and we had lots of fun sewing scraps of fabric and trying out all the features.

bad quality -
I was initially happy with this machine, as it worked perfectly for the first six months. However, it soon developed issues: the thread started snapping, and the machine frequently jammed in the bobbin area. Luckily, it was still under warranty, so we sent it for repairs. The repair experience, unfortunately, was a nightmare. The technician kept the machine for over five months, citing a heavy workload whenever we called for updates. When we finally received it back, the door covering the bobbin was broken, so we had to tape it shut just to use it. After two days, it broke again. With the warranty now expired, we’re left with an unusable machine. Sending it back would likely mean another months-long wait with no guarantee of a lasting fix. At this point, I strongly recommend looking into other brands; we’ll be doing the same. This machine has been a disappointing investment in terms of both quality and customer support.

Simple to use!
This machine is perfect for all your sewing needs. I have used mine several times since I purchased it. I am in the process of teaching my granddaughter how to sew simple projects. She loves it! It’s very easy to use.
