I've been taking melatonin for years. This is my favorite! The tablets are delicious and melt very quickly in the mouth. It really helps me to fall asleep easily.

I have insomnia, and this type of melatonin really works to override my conscious brain. I highly recommend it if you have trouble sleeping. I would suggest taking it regularly at first ( a month at least ) and then taking it as needed afterward.

These are taste good and dissolve quickly. These are the only kind we like.

This Melatonin works as it should, I drift off to sleep in minutes, usually wake up once during the night, and usually without a headache, so works for me.

I have been using this for over 2 years now and it still works, and has caused no dependence issues at all. It is very mild and gentle, creating a subtle drowsiness after about 20-30 minutes. I usually take it and then read or watch TV until I get sleepy. The taste is lovely and there is no after-taste, it dissolves completely and quickly placed under the tongue. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for something mild to just give them a nudge toward sleep.
