The iconic candy bar from Palmer candy company
Iowa, minnesota, Missouri and South Dakota ppl know this candy bar well. Every grocery store stocks them for $1.50 each. The king bing has an extra mound for fifty cents more. Why are they so expensive here? I've talked to several candy companies in the Phoenix area asking them to carry them for all the snowbirds but they don't listen and they're missing out on some increased sales. Maybe it's a nostalgia thing, I know I love the taste and so do my friends.

They were obviously old.
The product was obviously old. The candy is great if you get it directly from Palmer

Smashed looking candy bars.
The candy bars looked like they had been through a war zone when they arrived. A bit disappointing, they were rather smushed.

Favorite Candybar
Bing was mine and my sister's favorite candy bar as a child and a special treat. I was excited to see that I could purchase them online. I live in the southern United States now and my only complaint is that they only sell in a very few midwestern states. They have a creamy cherry center with an outer chocolate with ground up peanuts surrounding it. It is very unique and the taste was as good as I remember!
