Uncharted 3 Nathan Drake Belt Buckle From Collector's Edition

Q: People talk about the belt buckle breaking. is it the d ring that breaks? couldn't that be replaced with a better d-ring to solve the issue or no?

I’ve actually had this belt buckle for 6 years and I wear it regularly and mine is still in great shape. I bought it for a cosplay back sometime in 2013 but liked it so much I just wear it as an everyday buckle and I’ve never had any issues with durability or anything. The D ring on the back feels pretty solid and the nub has never worn down or broken.

Q: How wide of a belt goes well with this buckle? 1.5 inches?

Yup. That's exactly what I've got mine strapped to. 1.5 inches.

Q: Would I need a snap belt to use this, or can I use it on a standard buckle belt?

You can use a snap belt, sure. I personally unstitched the fold-over on a standard, buckled belt of my own, wrapped it around the loop of this, and superglued the fold back onto the belt. I was so happy with the buckle that it's now part of my regular wardrobe rotation.

4 x 2 1/2 inches and less than half an inch deep
