Practical and Doable Recipes for Easy Day-to-Day Eating
This is the most practical and “doable” cookbooks I’ve ever purchased! Oh, and perk - promotes a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable. I am not an amazing cook (probably not even a good cook) by any means nor do I have the time for unrealistic recipes with long listings of ingredients I don’t have one hand. The Low-Calorie Cookbook provides, amazing, everyday meal options that are well-rounded and keep me full. The recipes are practical and have plenty of options so you don’t get sick of eating the same old thing. One recipe I instantly incorporated in my day-to-day is the egg white, oatmeal. What a genius concept to get an easy source of protein to an already quick and easy everyday breakfast staple!

Bought book for my daughters ; loved the salon recipe
I have two daughters who I am trying to instill a proper relationship with food as to eat responsibly for long term heath. I had to try the salmon recipe and it did not disappoint.

Print is small and light but recipes are great
If it weren't for the very small and light print for my senior eyes, I would give this book 5 stars. Have really enjoyed many of the recipes in this book. The photos are nice and the cover and pages are good quality. If this book were available in large print, I would buy it again!

It’s so so
A little upset about the book. I feel the free recipes you get from the blog/site for free are better than the ones in the book. I probably will only end up using about 5 recipes from it. If you just have to have it I would end up buying the kindle version and save money and not buy the book.

Skinny Fitalicious Meets Delicious!
I love this cookbook because it makes eating healthy enjoyable and super simple. All of the recipes have a wonderful balance in nutrients without sacrificing flavor. The recipes are easy to follow and don’t require hard-to-find ingredients.We recently made the Cheesy Cauliflower Tex-Mex Casserole and what a crowd pleaser...my family loved it!! Highly recommend this beautiful cookbook!

Misleading Recipes for Portions
I'll start with the positive. This book has recipes that will help you think about what you're putting in the food you eat. It can help you plan out meals better and think more deeply about the food you eat. However, it is misleading in the portions and how you'll be able to maintain low calorie meals on such low portions. If you need proof, check out the size of the blueberry muffin in the photo. 165 calories for one muffin a fraction of the size of a lemon. If you are aware and are ready for that, this is a good book. I don't believe it's what the average person is looking for though.

Low calorie cookbook.
Megan Olson is the writer of this incredible cook book. She has a healthy mindset concerning weight reduction. I would highly recommend this cook book if you are wanting to reduce calories while having a healthy mindset about loosing weight. This cook book deserves five stars.

Yummy recipes !
I made the sweet potato breakfast hash, it was so delicious. I was a little skeptical of how it would taste but all the flavors combined were great! I added some ms.dash seasonings original blend 10/10 recommend!
