Within an hour, Trevor from Iron Mountain contacted me indicating a technician would contacting me within a day to come out and fix it, and that is exactly what happened. Although the fan had to be ordered, it was timely (only a week) and the cooler is up and running purring like a kitten. As impressed as I am with the product, I am even more impressed with Trevor and Iron Mountain on the superb customer service they provided me when there was an issue.
