Good construction
Works as it should, good construction. So far used on around 3000 sq ft.

roller is missing
The product was delivered in a damaged box and a large heavy roller is missing. I've been waiting for him for a week, my deadlines are on fire, and then there's this situation. The courier arrived, but refused to pick up the box because it was too light. But that's the reason I want her back. This is outrageous

Great for Our Purposes
The manufacturer of the luxury vinyl flooring (called that because of its characteristics, not price) that we're having installed in a number of rooms recommended using a 100-pound roller. The person doing the installation for us has been very impressed with the way this roller works. It was easy to put together, rolls smoothly, and the small wheels make it easy to transport. The flooring is going down very well with this amount of weight. And this roller is much nicer than the beat-up rusted rollers available for rent at the big box hardware store. Based on the number of days that the roller would be needed and the price offered at the time on Amazon, for us it was worth purchasing the roller rather than renting. There's no need to lug the roller back and forth to the rental place as different rooms are ready for flooring. And when the job is over, the roller can be sold or donated to Habitat. All in all, recommend.

Works well, but low value.
Very good at what it does. Crushes down tile and planks with near-unmatched precision and regularity. Unfortunately, it's also incredibly expensive for what it is, essentially a rolling cylinder of steel.

Rolls back and forth and weighs a lot
It rolls, its heavy. The transport wheels are nice. Find a way to keep the steel protected so it doesn't get a layer of rust on it.

Insufficient packaging, careless delivery.
Product was not packaged correctly. The box was smashed. The product were metal parts, that came bent. The product was heavy so I'm sure it was dropped a number of times.

Solid construction. The rubber wheels are great to have to keep it off the concrete/ground when moving, as it avoids picking up debris that would get rolled into the tile.

If you use anything else you will feel pain next day and the results are visible.
A must have tool for professional contractor or perfect results.
