This purple shampoo and conditioner is my go to so I can cancel out the yellow tones in my hair! It smells good but can be over drying if used too often

My order arrived in tact. I was hesitant to purchase this specific set of items and seller because of the amount of bad reviews it had regarding leakage. My package arrived the next day and no leaks of any kind. Came as pictured: 2 bottles, 2 pumps and 2 straws. The straws were long so you have to push it down in order to screw the pump on. I can't say anything about the effective of the purple shampoo and purple conditioner since I've only used it once. I liked the smell though, it smelled nice. Price was I think a good deal compared to other sellers where only one bottle was the price of these 2 bottles. I just hope it's authentic

Was recommended by my cousin and she loves it. I used it once and seems good, will need to continue to use to see the results. Too soon to say. Much harder than I would have wanted to try it out. Came sealed and no leakage as pass video reviews showed spillage. I was disappointed that it did not come with the pumps shown in the picture. Not going to send back but it should have said not included.

It is my first purchase of this product and they are really perfect for toning the hair but it does not hydrate it, it leaves it dry and difficult to manage. I would recommend alternating use with another line than hydrat

Tones your hair perfectly, the conditioner adds in moisture you need for soft vibrant hair.

Update: I was able to free the lock on the pumps with the assistance of a wash cloth and pliers. If you don’t have pliers your out of luck.I was thrilled to receive my product today however when I installed the pumps that came with the product I can’t unlock them so they can be used. Is there a trick to unlocking them? Are they defective? Can you send new ones?

I rated the moisturizing a 5 but I can't tell the difference between other shampoos since the hair is wet with all of them...........scent is fine. This was purchased to see if it would highlight my wife's greying hair and it does appear to do so.
