Still full of wonder as when I first saw it. Destined to be a classic
Amazing film that still holds it's own after all these years.Seeing the Twin Towers locked in ice with the Manhattan skyline 2000 years into the future was a haunting vision of what will never be.My eyes still grow damp at the end when Monica and David have their one perfect day together and she falls forever asleep.Jude Law is excellent as Gigolo Joe.If you liked him in GATTICA you will like this film.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The modern pinocchio
Beautifuly done movie by Steven Spielberg! This is the modern day pinocchio, a Mecha (robot) who wants to be loved by a mother who lost her real son.. he was programmed to have emotion and pain. It's an incredible adventure, unbelieveable ending.. I love it.

I love this film but I would have liked to have seen how Kubrick would have ended it had he not turned it over to Spielberg!
