Absolute disaster product, leaks, doesnt keep food warm, connections easily fall off so you cannot carry it. Absolute waste of money. Dont buy

This item looks good but doesn't do what is advertised. I used it for the first time today to take my sister food she will eat as she won't eat the food from the Care Centre she is in. I cooked the food for twenty minutes, then put it straight into the dishes. It took me thirty minutes to get there, I could feel the heat coming through to the outside under five minutes after putting the food in it. By the time I arrived at the Care Centre, the food was early warm. Therefore I would like a full refund please, as the product is not fit for purpose.

I like the design, but the insulation is not great

This is a really useful lunch box and in many ways I really really like it but there are two things you should be aware of: 1) It leaks - You cannot store anything liquid in it unless you can store it upright, and 2) It doesn't keep anything hot. Ignore the lid. It simply doesn't work. Nothing stays hot in this for more than an hour.
