Manufacturer helped me with this replacement
When I received this product it did not work. The information for replacement was on the box so I called the manufacturer to see what I could do to get a new one. I bought it through Amazon not them but they replaced it with a new one at no charge so I didn't have to send it back to the seller.

Unfortunately I had to replace two of these quickly because I am temporarily hosting my step son's hounds and they think the case is a toy. They chomped down on it and broke two with a week of receiving replacements. I have learned to store it (and other similar things) in a more secure location. I was lucky to have a backup in my truck to use until the replacements arrived. Thank you for the prompt shipping.

Pretty great
So far, this has been the most valuable tool I've found in starting a keto diet. Test strips are reasonably priced considering how inexpensive the monitor is, and as far as I can tell it seems to be pretty accurate. My only complaint is the sample size required, but I don't think this is a major issue.

Love the accuracy of this meter
I’ve had other meters and never had an accurate reading. I love this one and the strips are so much more affordable

There is NO SUBSTITUTE for measurement ... buy this and USE it right now.
Non-diabetics really need to track the RESULTS of their nutrition, exercise, stress, sleep (eg, circadian rhythm) choices … there's no substitute for measurement of ketones and glucose. It's too bad that EVERYONE does not get one of these inexpensive devices and get the right ketone/glucose strips that are used with it … and then use measurements to make the small lifestyle changes that actually matter in their body. If these simple, cheap devices were actually USED by the public in order to monitor and adjust their lifestyle ... we would eliminate MOST of the healthcare expenditures we see today and people would be able to prolong their youth into old age to radically expand healthspan and longevity.
