Love these chairs! Well, to be fair, I've only assembled one of them so far, and then I sat in it...and then I didn't ever want to get up out of it! I actually bought these for my mom as an early Mother's Day gift. There was no way to hide them, and this way she can enjoy them during the all too-brief Spring we have here in Central Texas. Mom tested the assembled chair and she LOVES it, too! I wanted a glider-rocker for her because she's 91 and I don't want any risk of her tipping backwards. I don't know if that would actually happen with a regular rocker, but I also wanted this type of rocker chairs because they take up less space. We have a deck, but not a huge one, so space is at a premium. These will do really well in the limited space we have. I read over several reviews and saw that some people thought assembly was easy, while others thought it was extremely difficult, and I gleaned what I could from them. The instructions are fairly clear. They could maybe be a tad better, but they do pretty well as is. I messed up just a little at the beginning, but it was an easy mistake to fix, and it was simply because I misread the directions... or mis-viewed, because the instructions are all diagrams. One review mentioned a squeak that they found and fixed, and sure enough, the assembled chair developed a squeak when my mom was testing it. I have some great multi-purpose grease though, and I just greased all of the moving joints, which fixed it. I'll assemble the other one tomorrow, and I'll try to remember to update this in a few months to say how they are holding up. Meanwhile, Mom and I will be enjoying the heck out of these chairs!

Chairs went together easily and have now held up nicely against weather and sun for a couple years. No visible defects or fading. No rips, tears or separations. Very comfortable and they glide nicely. Can't see how you can do any better for the price.

Great chairs, look just like pictures and are perfect on our patio. But be prepared for a lengthy complicated assembly process. And if you use one wrong size screw somewhere there are no extras

I just finished putting these chairs together. It's a little tedious but a little patience is needed. I suggest you don't tighten any screws until you have the chair completely assembled. Leave the screws loose and tighten down before putting the protective bolt caps on. The instructions are accurate but difficult to see. I went back on Amazon and expanded the pictures of the chairs so I could compare the finished product to my progress. Some have complaints the chair only moves a few inches. Mine did the same until I discovered I had put the front glider strap in the wrong bolt hole. The pictures from Amazon revealed my error. I moved the strap to the front holes and it glides very well and very smooth. I wouldn't recommend these chairs if you are a large person. They are sturdy enough for someone of average build. They are well built and feel very comfortable. They look durable enough to be kept outdoors indefinitely. I would recommend these gliders to my friends and family for sure.

Love the two glider chairs I bought for my husband and I for our anniversary. They are comfortable and attractive on our deck. I have been looking for these for a long time. The gliders I found in big box stores were bigger and clumsy looking and cost way too much. Very happy with these gliders. Only negative was the squeak. Finally pinpointed it and fixed it. Instructions to put this thing together could be much better. For some small issues when putting it together, there really should be some descriptive instructions instead of just pictures. Not clear at all how tight to tighten the lock nuts for the glider parts where the spacers are. Don’t tighten the nuts until it is all put together and sitting on a flat surface. The chair is well made and comfortable, however the gliders are short, so you feel like your in a rocking chair instead of a glider. Not exactly what I was wanting, but it’s a nice chair.

Bought a set of two glider chairs for the patio; liked them so much i purchased a set for the deck. Assembly is a trick. After the second chair assembly, the 3rd and 4th chair were a breeze. The key is to assemble seat, back, and arms loosely, then tighten all screws. Assemble the legs and braces loosely, then tighten all screws. Then attach the gliders to the legs loosely, then tighten the screws. Finish by attaching the chair to the gliders loosely, then tighten all screws. Easy! As a preventative for rust, i sprayed the metal parts with Rust-Oleum clear satin paint. Very comfortable chairs!

The instructions are terrible but once you get it together, the chair is nice and sturdy.

I have rated this product as a 5 due to both the product and Customer Service. The box, containing both chairs, arrived early and in good condition. Upon opening the box and taking an inventory of its contents I found everything required except the instructions. With many different sized screws, nut and bolts, it was nearly impossible for me to assemble the chairs. The solution was easily found... I wrote to the seller, through my Amazon account, and they responded within 24 hours, sending along a pdf of the instructions and an apology. Very much appreciated! I proceeded to successfully build my chairs. Be careful to follow the pictures closely. I had to do Step 1, twice, as I screwed both I-bars with 4 screws each, when the front I-bar should only have 2 screws. Then the front H part is added using the remaining 2 screws. Sounds convoluted but once done, is easier to understand. The finished products are solid, look nice and are very comfortable. The back has a slight backwards incline so you are not sitting at 90° and it is very relaxing. I would, and have already recommended these chairs to others.

We were strangely missing a bolt (kind of important), and the instructions are difficult to follow... but once together, a nice comfortable chair.

Préparer vous à avoir du fun.... ET SURTOUT pas laisser à la PLUIE ! La rouille toé, toutes dégoutté sur perron quel messe ! Et les protège, vise tombe ne reste pas conseil coller les !! J'ai laisser l'autre dans l'enballage yeurk !! j'y touche plus, Et j'ai dû la refaire une deuxième fois vers la fin, le montage du plan étais pas monter du bon sens !!??? Quel Misère.... Mais je suis patiente !
