I have been sliding around with these and very comfortable for the knees.

These are amazing! They hold well, no sliding around (I do criss cross straps) very comfortable and strong.

Purchased for airsoft. I wanted to replace my existing Hatch Kneepads and sought to use these as a budget alternative. Though they work in a pinch I found that the other brand of pads felt sturdier and more secure which is important for my old man knees for cement floor spicy bb kneel downs. Flimsyness might work in your favor for increased agility.

I used these for a cosplay idea and i wore them for over 6 hrs consecutively for 3 days in a row. I had no problem with comfort and they look awesome.
