Jay Manuel Eyeliner 2 pencils Wicked (Black) and Hex (Dark Brown)

I love these gel eyeliner pencils. I am not a fan of mechanical eyeliner pencils, and I am glad these are regular pencils that can be sharpened to a point that one is comfortable with. The gel eyeliner goes on smoothly, color exact, formula smooth. Definitely would recommend.

I love Jay Manuel...he uses rich pigments and thusly the color is true and works beautifully on the skin. The lead will not break off and you can sharpen to a fine point for precise definition.

Have to sharpen too much or else feels the wood
