Fabulous hydrating oil cream, using in florida so not too heavy in humidity. My cosmology friend said my face is very hydrated. Calmed redness and crusty dry patches on my aging skin. I use on my chest to soften and heal sun damage. Works great. Smell disappears. But I like it anyway, smells health to me.

It's thick and creamy. Warms my skin and makes it tingle. Don't use too much. Unusual scent but I like it. Besides my face, I'm using it on my finger nails. It's only been a couple of days but my skin is soft and fresh. Works ok so far with my autoimmune issues. I'm 75. Probably work even better on younger skin.

I have tried EVERYTHING to help my painful hand eczema that has started to get really bad in the past year, I think it's due to changing hormones (I'm 54). On occasion I've had to put band aids on my hands so they're not exposed to air or water, as that would cause pain. The only thing that hasn't stung is Shikai's Borage Therapy Hand Cream, which I will continue to purchase. Other than that I've bought hundreds of dollars of all different hand creams, used different cortisones, NOTHING worked to help heal my hand eczema, it's all only been temporary relief.When this balm arrived I couldn't wait to try it. My hands were in pain as usual from the inflammation and painful itch, so I slathered the balm on, and at first it stung and I was SO disappointed, BUT it was stinging because my hands were just in usual bad shape. I kept on slathering it on throughout the day and by the evening it had started healing. The skin has stopped being raw and is actually not inflamed and not stinging, and I'm only on the second day. This is truly a miracle. I have been suffering for the last year with it getting worse and worse.I do intend to talk to a doctor about the underlying cause of it, but for now I am SO grateful for this product. The pain, itch and inflammation was really interfering with my quality of life, and it was all I was thinking about. Washing my hands or even getting my hands wet was giving me anxiety because even that would sting :(

So I like this cream, but I don't like the smell. It's a weird waxy smell, but that's understandable due to what it's made of. The cream is very thick and it doesn't take much to cover your skin as it spreads well, especially if you rub it between your hands and warm it before applying.I've used the cream on my face, legs and different problem areas on my body like scarring or skin irritations. I started wearing a smartwatch 24/7 recently and it started to rub my skin wrong underneath from wearing it to bed every night. I used this cream to heal the marks that it started to form on my wrist and applied it every day after I showered before putting on my watch and it made a big difference. My only issue with the cream other than the smell is that it does have a tendency to make me break out on my face off and on. I've been trying to figure out what makes it break me out whether that be applying too much at a time, tried not using it every day etc, but I haven't found a perfect routine just yet.Overall I would rate the cream 7/10 for its moisture and healing properties. I've found myself using it less often than I planned to due to the consistency, smell and it causing breakouts. However, considering the ingredients and the properties it has I can see it being used once or twice a week on your face and still be effective. I have also used it on my legs after shaving and it helps a ton with bumps.

This is an absolutely AMAZING product! I have been dealing with the absolute worse eczema I have ever had on my face. Nothing, I mean NOTHING was helping. I was seriously to the point of tears & just not wanting to leave my house. It was burning & itching, flaking & oozing. You name it, it was happening. I bought the Manuka Honey Cream out of desperation. Holy Cannoli did this work. It is a life changer. I have a before & after picture to show the difference. No make-up or filters. Just my bare skin. In 10 days my skin was cleared up. I was applying it multiple times a day at first. It feels so wonderful on my skin. Now I just use it at night before bed. My skin is looking better than it has in many years. I also purchased the lip balm with this. It is also amazing.

I ordered this because it was recommended by a friend. I ordered it along with the lip balm and it was supposed to come next day. The lip balm did, but the cream took two weeks. I have psoriasis and was so hopeful that this would help me! I did see the other reviews that said it stinks but my friend said she had never noticed anything but a pleasant smell. It is very emollient and the initial smell is kind of citrus/herbal. I used it on the areas that I have psoriasis and on some other dry areas. It’s after I put it on my skin that I smelled the awful odor! It makes me think of the coal tar ointment I tried once. The ingredients did not list it, but that’s the smell. Like I said it is emollient but it hasn’t helped my psoriasis. I’m giving it to my friend! The lip balm doesn’t smell bad but it only works ok, not any better than store brand.

I've been using the product daily for the last 4 days on an area of psoriasis on my back- a large area that I've tried other products on without much luck. This product has been amazing! In one day I saw improvement. As mentioned in other reviews it does have an odd smell, but its not bad. I will happily put up with it considering the excellent results. I will definitely continue using it!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Smells good definitely seems to help with my toddler childs eczema he isn't itching at night like he was doing before. You can definitely tell it is a great moisturizer In only about a week his skin doesn't feel so callus and dry and visually better. And it doesn't hurt him when applying like some severe eczema treatments
