Great for Felt Projects
This glue is great for felt projects! It holds felt in place without getting as crunchy as other glue I’ve tried on felt. The more glue you use, the less flexible the glued pieces are and they’re harder to embroider through.Initially I wanted to give the product a 4 star because the glue didn’t dry as quickly as I wanted, but ultimately that ended up being a bonus because it gives you some time to adjust the placement if need be. I would just plan ahead that it takes a few hours for it to quickly dry.

Top drawer
Works great on craft felt and industrial felt.

Worked well on older styrofoam
Worked well as we refurbished some aging styrofoam ornaments. Worked better than typical school/white glue products. Dries a bit slower but we were liberal with our application so that may have been a factor.

Good adhesive for yarn & foam
I tried a variety of adhesives to attach yarn to foam eggs and this product worked well for most types of yarn. (Round chenille yarn, due to its shape and texture, was more challenging to stay in place on a foam egg and often became saturated with glue. ) I found keeping a plastic sheet below the project and resting the bottle horizontally vs vertically, when not in use, helped speed the process.

The best glue for foam
This is my second bottle of Aleene's Felt & Foam and the product is excellent. I use it to adhere plastic labels to foam inserts that I use for my knife collection and this is the best glue I've found for foam. It comes out of the bottle in a controlled way and dries quickly. I'm redoing my collection and this stuff is better then anything I've used in the past.

Just OK
This did not adhere as well as I had hoped. Felt pieces glued togethet easily came apart when dry.

Great glue!
I got this for making a felt snowman for a game for a Christmas party. The glue was easy to open. Just snipped off the top and popped the seal off. Glue easily squeezed out for use. It applied smoothly and easily to the felt and seemed to grab onto the pieces beautifully. It says to dry one hour before handling. I’m letting mine dry overnight to add Velcro to be able to take pieces on and off. So excited to finish up my project. Very happy with the quality of this glue.
