Overall a great phone...
I love my phone and all of its features... I used the second SIM slot when I travelled to Mexico recently and it worked great on the TelCel network!!! In the US, service through AT&T worked very well even though it is NOT compatible with any of the 4G LTE frecuencies here and only registers 3G it works well... I just recently switched to T-Mobile and although it is compatible with their service, their network isn't as reliable as AT&T and the data doesn't always register!!!It really is a wonderful phone and would be better if LG were to release an OS upgrade that allowed compatibility with thw 4G LTE networks... It would make a huge difference in performance!!! Other than that, my only major complaint is the battery drains way too fast because of the dual-sim and the processor and because of how quickly the battery drains, I have had to buy a second battery because even putting it on the charger takes way too long to charge, almost like the charger is too weak for the battery size!!!

New LG fan..
Went from a Galaxy Note 4 to this LG V10 with a little hesitation, been a Samsung fan since the S3 came out. But i must say, I am glad I made the switch. this phone is so smooth and crisp, LG hit one out of the park with this. The seller was very good too. Received the phone early, and it looks brand new. But as a diehard Samsung fan for years and going to this phone was a great decision. LG is definately a top player in the smartphone arena with this phone.

first he was a bit disappointed about the dual sim
I purchased this phone for my brother, first he was a bit disappointed about the dual sim, but in two second after the phone came on with his sim, he was really impressed with the amount of features the phone carries, even the volume bother hearing and voice is fantastic . The phone is very impressive and even the delivery time of the phone was really good. He has now convinced other members of the family and friends to purchase this phone. Just love it

Do check if the product is network unlocked (as for Verizon - some features are disabled !!!)
The product is Verizon locked (and not sim free). The seller didn't disclose it in the description of the item. There are few things that are locked (especially the teathering option !!!).I would recommend to check before one purchase this item whether it is sim free and network unlockedand if it is locked - to check initially the web - to see which features are disabled...Beside of that -good item.

Wonderful; not perfect - but wonderful the same
I bought this phone from Verizon, and I am feeling compelled to write this review because the negative reviews some people are giving this phone don't seem terribly fair. If people experience dropped calls and trouble with 4G service, that is a carrier problem, not a phone problem. Military grade specs should not imply that you can drop the phone on its face and not expect the screen to fracture. This is a $700 phone - it needs to be in a protective case that prevents the screen and camera lenses from coming in contact with hostile surfaces. There are instructions which must be followed to make the finger print scanner work - ignore the instructions and you will not be happy with the results.I have only found one really legitimate flaw with the phone - the battery life. That's why I wouldn't give the phone five stars. If you make a few calls, check your emails, and do a little light surfing, the phone battery will last the day. But if you use the phone as a camera, or as an MP3 player (particularly if you activate the DAC feature), or make heavy use of the phone for calls, or you do streaming, you will definitely have to recharge midway through the day. The good news is the phone charges very fast, and unlike every other competitor these days, it has a removable back and a replaceable battery. If you are a heavy user, buying a spare battery is probably necessary. On the upside, the screen is gorgeous. The phone is fast and smooth. The 808 Snapdragon processor is not only fast, it runs cool, unlike the 810 processor many other phones use. On the Verizon network I am getting excellent "bars" even in some pretty rural areas - and I mostly get 4G service. The fingerprint scanner DOES WORK. If you put a case on the phone, you must do your scanning training after the case is installed. If you train the phone first and then put on the case, the phone will not read your fingerprint reliably. One of the best and least mentioned features of this phone is the audiophile quality DAC processor. The digital-to-analog converter produces a sound quality that easily matches if not surpasses the FiiO X5 or the iBasso DX90. The quiet places in the music are absolutely black - no hiss or sound of any kind. The stage is wide and defined. If music is important to you this is a "must have" phone. You have to decide for yourself if anything I have said is a deal killer. And to many people the battery may indeed be a deal killer. But, follow the setup instructions, take appropriate care of this $700 device, carry a backup battery if you are a heavy user, and use a carrier that provides reliable networks and coverage: then this phone is an absolute gem.
