Fantastic. Within two minutes, my ear was completely unblocked. A must-have in your first aid kit along with a dental waterpik. Totally painless, quick and can save you a trip to the doctor or ENT.Yes you can use an electric waterpik (that you use for your teeth and just spray it with hydrogen peroxide or mouthwash afterwards and rinse it to be extra sure it’s totally clean and clear). No need for an unnecessary extra $150 on any ear specific irrigation tools.Also you don’t need to buy anything but these blue tips and a waterpik that has its own tip. I have used these with Burst and Waterpik brand waterflossers.

These work great with the WaterPik. The stream comes out on the sides, not straight out, which means your eardrum isn't getting blasted and possibly damaged. A safe and effective way to clean out impacted wax (I recommend using mineral oil to soften the wax for a couple of days before irrigating).

My son is 11 and needed to have his ears suction-cleaned at the ENT every 6-8 weeks. Constant impaction. Loss of hearing. I bought a tabletop Waterpik and a bag of these tips because of what other users were saying. I wasn't sure about the "wand" I saw some references to but it turns out these tips just fit right over the top of a standard Waterpik flossing attachment; and you don't have to use the portable Waterpik either. Nothing extra to buy. First use, so much wax came out of my son's ear I wasn't sure what to think. Just warm water, no hydrogen peroxide beforehand or anything. And afterwards my son said the same thing he says when we leave the ENT "why is everything so loud? Am I talking loud?" I'm pretty happy for my son, as a dad it's a huge relief to know my son doesn't have to wait for an appointment and can do this himself at home. Really great product.

The Bionix 7200 OtoClear Ear Wash Irrigation Tips are a great product for any medical office. I use these in my pediatric patients and appreciate that they are soft as children do not enjoy something hard in their ear. Also, the tip has a shower like spray rather than a hard direct spray toward the eardrum. It securely fits on a leur lock syringe so that it does not pop off during irrigation. We do not use these as a single use item as suggested. They get cleaned with a soft small brissel brush, soaked in cleaning solution, and dried. They hold up well and we get 20 + uses out of one tip before disposing.

I use this often in my practice as a nurse practitioner. These irrigation tips make an unpleasant job easier. It is much better than other ear irrigation products that I have used in the past, i.e. the large metal syringe and the constant flow and suction device. If your are in need of ear wax management in your office, use these with the Water Pik otoclear device and make your life simpler.
