BAHLSEN Spicy Glazed Gingerbread Pfeffernusse, 340 GR

I looked all over locally for these cookies, to no avail. Then I found them on Amazon, I was so happy. : ) The cookie is prefect, tastes delicious and my favorite part is the iced coating. I just ordered more yesterday.

The cookies were fresh and delicious! While some Pfeffernusse are dusted with powdered sugar, these are iced with a sweet coating that adds to the spice flavor of the cookies! I would definitely buy these again!

Great product, have enjoyed them for years. I wasn't very please with the Amazon's packing. I had to sent the first package of cookies back- and they shipped the next package packed exactly the same, minus the vitamins that I ordered in the previous package- so the cookies faired well enough, but still could have been packed better. (Just fyi.) Also- we like to dip some of the cookies partially in dark choc (Ghirardelli 60% Cacao), which really makes them quite nice.

Tasty, fresh enough (a bit banged up - but shipped with a heavy can) but I'd not pay $22.83 a pound for them again.

These cookies are normally delicious, however they were shipped to me in a flat pack envelope that was completely flattened in shipment and the cookies were smashed into small pieces. I will try to order these again.

Came in a sofdt package. All cookies smoshed. Still tasty. Because iced sweeter than other Pffefernoose brands and maybe not quite as well spiced. Good smoshed

I love these cookies, and would suggest that you buy 2 or 3 bags because they will go fast. They are very flavorful, and it is impossible (at least for me), to eat only one!

The product tastes great! I have had these cookies for many many years around Christmas time. They are iced gingerbread. The Name means "Pepper-Nut" in German. They are not hot spicy at all. They are flavorful with baking spices such cloves, nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon.
