Solid Power Cage with Lat Pull Down Attachment
Bought this product a few months ago with the lat pull attachment, been very satisfied. Fairly easy to put together, but you definitely want someone to assist, and preferably you want two adjustable ratchets to make it go quicker. I lift a lot, and I use heavy weights. I have benched over 450lbs+ on this with no problems. The lat pull down assembly is extra money but it is a MUST if you are a serious lifter. You can do lat pull downs or sit down and do low back pulls. The variations are endless, for example, if you buy a rope attachment you can do floor-up face pulls, tricep press downs, etc., etc. If you get the lat pull down assembly it does tend to crowd the back side of the cage area depending on the length/ design of your bench. It can sometimes be an issue if you like to do incline bench. I have a heavy duty commercial grade bench and it doesn't push back far enough because of the bench base and the location of the lat pull attachment system. The solution is simple, just use the front outside of the cage for incline benching, and use the extra large brackets as your safety stops. Another thing is to make sure none of the pulley wheels are scrubbing the side of the bars when in use. Also, sometimes the lat pull cables will get seriously wound up. This is due to constant adjustment of the attachments to the clips and is similar to your office phone cord getting wound up from constant use. Simply take off the attachment and manually twist the clip to take the torsion out of the cables. All in all this is a very solid piece of equipment, perfect for home gym use and can handle some serious loads. Would definitely recommend!!!

Great home gym addition!!
This is my second power cage and I like this one way better than my first. The double bar lat pulldown guides are smooth but just make sure to load evenly. Assembly took only 2 hours --- use a drill with the the right size nut drivers and it goes a lot faster.Adjustment heights are plenty. Bar hooks and 6" arms are strong and come with rubber pads where the bars rest. The powder coat finish is good and tough.Only this that would make it better is weight plate storage, but that's no reason not to buy it.Overall this is a great buy after 3 months of using 5 days per week.FYI...if only 2 boxes show up don't panic the third is on the way (hopefully). I had a 2 day delay but the seller responded quickly and gave me the tracking number.

Good quality rack
I held out a few weeks before writing this review, Seems to be well made sturdy and functions as.it should. I'm enjoying my new toy for heavy lifting. This new addition provides a.safe means for bench and squats. I hesitated installing the cable addition in fear that it would block my bench while doing.shoulder presses. After installing I'm finding it a.great way to gain the tris and back. The front bars will work for shoulder and incline presses while giving me room for the back legs of my bench. As for assembly it was pretty straight forward, following the suggestions I only hand tightened the bolts until fully together. I also flipped the pull up bar to allow a foot clearance between the rack and my overhead.Overall it was a good purchase and a great addition to my home gym

Very good piece of equipment
Bought it on 11/1/2020 and received all three boxes within 5 days. I put it together in 2 hours. It’s well built and appears to be 13 gage steel. There is no wiggle to it once it’s completely assembled. The attachment bars are hollow, so be careful there. The instructions are great for the cage but it’s just pictures for the lat pull down. With that said, there are some fat rubber pucks that aren't listed on the inventory sheet but i figured out that they go on the vertical chrome lat bars below the sliding lat weight holder. A previous reviewer said there were metal shavings. Mine had tons of really little round small metal balls like welding product in most every piece of square tubing. Not a big deal just FYI. All in all a solid piece of equipment.

Great Product!!!!!
This cage is ridiculously sturdy and well made. I cannot rave how great this cage is, myself and nephews have all put in some serious usage into this cage and power lifting some serious weight. For the price and the features this is definitely worth it. I weigh 350+ and the chin up bar as well as the cage easily handles my weight no problem. I highly recommend this cage. Don't waste your time any others. The height of the cage is just right for some like myself who is 6'2" and my nephews who are 6'4". a Must Buy and the seller actually delivered the item way sooner than expected. 5+ stars!!!

Works well for basic lifting and rack work
I've bought a few racks over my time, while this one isn't the most sturdy, it works for what I need. I'm not racking more than about 150 max right now so not sure about over really heavy power lifting. For home use, totally a good deal. I'm using it for everything from rings, press, pull ups and it's been just fine. Not too bad putting it together, pretty much by the number and engineering is decent for the frame. The pulley system needs 2 people to get it done but once it's in place it's very useful. I'm very happy with this purchase and would buy it again.

Waiting to receive missing parts...
Received the 3 packages within 5 days but the hardware (bolts and nuts) were not in any of the 3 packages. The 6 pulley wheels were also missing. The lateral pull down system is still not mounted on the rack because of the missing parts and hardware. Willing to change my rating to a more positive one as soon as I receive the parts and hardware I paid for. Which I hope will be soon.

make sure your bars are the proper width.
Very happy with the product. Instructions were very good and assembly straight forward. Had to invert the pullup bar because my basement ceiling is low but it works fine. Product is solid and works well. One note, I didn't have Olympic size bars so the collars on mine were too short to extend beyond the jhooks which meant the weights were inside the cage. . I made a set of collars to slide over the the bar and extend the weight carrying section beyond the cage and they work fine now.
