This was used upon arrival!!!
I have more than 1 of these...when they are new, they are packaged a specific way. These were upside down and actually dirty inside the resealed package! I washed them and will keep them but they also do not grasp the hairs as well as ones purchased in the past. If new they are absolutely the very best tweezers made! Should have sent them back.

It's awful. Never paid this much for tweezers & they don't work well. Very disappointed

Not what they used to be...
I have had Rubis tweezers in the past, and this pair definitely does not meet the company's standards or reputation, so I am returning. Either they are defective, counterfeit, or the company's standards have really dropped.
