Prism Baking Eighth Sheet, Natural

Very sturdy, relatively easy to clean, and they're perfect for food prep or popping something in the oven without dirtying a larger dish. Same quality as the rest of the Nordic line.

I seldom provide reviews, but this is fabulous. Bought 2 and use the for small baking, marinade steaks, etc. Use one or more almost every day for something. Couple of biscuits, no spray, no stick. I you want a small tray BUY this item. Also, MADE IN USA! Simply great product, 5 star on everything.

These work well. The prism effect seems to help with preventing burning or over cooking the bottom of buns. I haven’t used them for anything else yet. I bought the flat bottom version of this 1/8 th pan from Nordicware as well, to compare the two. The flat bottom ever so slightly creates a more cooked bottom to the buns, hardly noticeable. These are good pans that seem to distribute heat evenly, preventing burning better than the non stick pan that came with my smart oven. They are light weight, which I’ve yet to determine is an advantage to stainless steel or heavier materials. The small size is functional, and allows for working in batches. These look nice, but I feel like they may stain easily, having no coating, which is no big deal. What keeps me from giving them 5 stars is the finish of the turned under edges. You need to be conscience of water getting trapped under there. It’s easy enough to do, after cleaning, by putting the pan in an oven on low heat. A reviewer wrote that the prism pan, as compared to the flat version, had a thinner wire frame that wraps the perimeter of the pan and which the sheet metal wraps around to form the hefty pan lip. I did not find this to be the case. The prism pan was the same thickness, and the pan itself was slightly heavier. At least for 1/8th pan size.

I like smaller sizes so this is perfect for me

This appears to be a very sturdy 1/8 size sheet pan but the diagram in the listing is confusing. The bottom surface is not 6.3” X 9.4”. The bottom actually measures 5.5’ X 8.75” so a 1/8 rack will not fit in the pan.

Very pleased with this product. Works well as an air fryer plate, in the oven, or for baking prep. Goes in the dish washer, comes out perfectly clean, no cooking spray residue

Fantastic. Good for baking just a small amount of cookie dough from the freezer at a time, good for organizing ingredients, good for toast, good for all sorts of things.

I was expecting a bigger pan, but this works well. Don't put it in the dishwasher. It discolors. Baked on grease hard to remove. Very sturdy.
