Repainted a rusty wood-burning stove
The stove here was rusty as water had leaked in. Bought this as unlike cheaper paints, it is expressly designed for high temperatures. Wire brushed any rust to dislodge any loose bits. Masked off the glass and all surrounds, and re-sprayed it.After drying, follow the instructions and let the heat build up gently to fully cure the paint. The paint film is tough and the stove looks great. Colour is a matt dark grey, not black.Lots of VOCs in this paint, so open all windows, and paint on a day with a good through draught, and ideally use a VOC chemical mask. Keep kids and animals away until all the smell goes.job done. nice.

Not as heat resistant as I hoped
Used this on a home built outdoor steamer. Sprayed the outside of a keg. Looks good but can see heat marks coming through the paint.

Dreadful product
I’ve used several log burner stove paints this is the worst one by far, it sprays terrible dribbles down the nozzle and can what a mess. I have decades of spraying experience so believe me when I say it’s the product not the user…… maybe mine was a faulty can however I can only review what I was sent so given my experience I would not recommend this particular paint.
