The semen sleeves and this kit are very thick and very rough for a small dog! They actually caused a little blood on my guy when I was collecting him from the friction. I have other very silky soft sleeves and wound up using those instead. Also it was a pain to insert the yellow rubber into the syringe, it was a lot of twisting and turning to get it to set into the groove and I was honestly afraid that the rubber would break by the time I got it on.

The collection bags provided aren’t the best to use , they’re too hard, don’t stretch and aren’t flexible. The top is also too narrow and hard to even collect a frenchie with yet alone a bigger dog. I’m also not the biggest fan of the screw on syringes as opposed to the ones you just insured . The yellow backing on the insert is flimsy in comparison to others I’ve used which makes it harder to screw on the syring
