Used to move air under a floating floor
Fitted to my floor to move air under a floating floor on a Victorian terrace house. Have had condensation issues due to lack of air flow and this seems to be doing the job. I am running a dehumidifier in the room to take out any moisture brought through. Seems effective and easy to use, the controls fitted nicely to a joist under the floor. Very quiet running. Had to make a spacer due to radiator pipe directly under fan, that was more a choice though rather than have fan to far away from wall, will make a permanent spacer up when I replace the laminate.

Setup is running well. But no secured network connection possible!!! No WPA2/3 but a price of a “Mercedes”. Unbelievable und frustrating!!! I will upgrade my rating if the next firmware update will deploy at least WPA2 (state of the art or even already aged)

Originally I purchased a different brand exhaust fan for more money and was disappointed that the fan speed was only on/off, not variable. Did a bit more research and bought this unit instead, and I am actually amazed by how full featured it is, for less money. Key features: the probe detects temperature and relative humidity, and will RAMP UP the fan speed when it gets to your chosen temp/humidity level. You can also adjust the rate of ramping (ie: 1 speed setting per every 1deg, 2deg, 3deg, etc over your target). You can create schedules and even orchestrate multiple units to be controlled from the same control unit. There is an app! I expected it to be disappointing because of a reviewer in the app store who claimed they couldn't monitor data or get alerts when away from their home network. This proved to be FALSE. I was paddling on the lake today and checked in on my greenhouse temperature and humidity levels, from my paddle board. The fans are super quiet and you can set a minimum "always on" speed. If there's a feature you can imagine, this setup will accommodate you. I am rarely this impressed with a purchase, but this one absolutely exceeds my expectations, again and again. Got one regulating the temps/humidity in my greenhouse and, based on this experience, I just bought a second unit to manage humidity in our walk-in-closet. Above and beyond, AC Infinity. Thanks for the quality product.

Used as a crawlspace exhaust fan, works great pulls the crawlspace into a slight negative pressure and now draws houes hold air into crawlspace preventing any stale odors and controlling humidity. Just wish the wires for the remote were longer or an extention was avalable.

This unit is whisper quiet, easy to install and the control panel is easy to use. Only complaint and it’s a minor one. With the unit was not hard wired with such a big adaptive port to the controller. That’s it. Other than that worth every penny.

This product is about as well engineered, as well documented, as well packaged, and as well supported as it could possibly be. First, the engineering: The stainless steel face plate is precisely cut and plenty strong. Easy to locate and drill four corner points for a simple install over the foundation opening. It will remain rust-free. The twin fans are removable and reversible if you'd prefer to pull air into your crawl space. They come preset to exhaust air out of the crawl space. When the fans are on, you cannot hear them unless you are 3-4 feet away. No vibration, no wind noise. I have had it running nearly non-stop for about a month now with no sign of overheating or any change in noise level. The unit and controls just feel solid. I bought it to replace the loud, single motor exhaust fan I had under the house that I got from a home improvement store. That one always ran hot and probably used lots of power while only exhausting 160 CFM. If I read correctly, this unit only uses a few watts but draws 240 CFM. It should save electricity. The documentation: This is not one of those skimpy, poorly translated instruction sheets. The documentation booklet is complete, well written, and extremely easy to follow. It addresses every feature in clear English with plenty of illustrations. You will have no issues understanding every function if you just read the instructions first. Which leads to packaging: It is a crawl space fan, but it has a velvet lined box. The packaging says the manufacturer really cares about quality and put lots of thought into the product from beginning to end. It was packaged like high-end electronics, which it is, but it was still under $100. Everything you need to install and operate the product is included, including power supply, programming control box, and wired sensor cable, all connected with cables supplied. Finally support: I got the unit with the thermostat and humidistat built in. You will need a 120V outlet under your crawl space to plug it in. I did not need any help to figure it out in just a few minutes, thanks to the documentation and what turned out to be an amazing, free AC Infinity app you download from the App Store. The control box with digital readout stays under the house, so I rely on the app to tell me the temp (F or C) and humidity (%) under the house at any time, anywhere (also kPa, but I don't need that), and it even graphs trends or sounds alarms/sends alerts if you want. You can control and change all settings via the app, too. I had a remote digital temp and humidity sensor under the house already, and the readouts are within 2% of each other. Temp is right on. I have the product set to come on if temp OR humidity rises above a certain point. The thermostat and humidistat work concurrently, as they say. Either one (or kPa) can turn the fans on (or off) independently depending on how you set it. You can set upper and lower fan speed from 0 to 10 so that "off" is either truly OFF (0 RPM) or just a lower RPM, and "on" is max RPM or something less, all on a scale of 0 to 10. You can set a range for all control parameters so that "on" and "off" are separated by whatever degree or % you choose in auto mode. It can also be set to work on a timer, to cycle on/off as you choose, or work on a certain daily schedule. Hard to imagine more programability, but it is very intuitive. If you can set an alarm clock, you can set this thing. Highly recommended!
