I was taking these when we finally conceived
I obviously can't be 100% sure these played a part, but we'd been trying for a couple of years before I tried taking these supplements. My boys have motility issues (supposedly more common than ever) and would most certainly recommend trialling these alongside a new exercise regime if your not regularly active. The only things I changed in the months leading up to us getting pregnant was taking these and a short workout a couple of times a week. Good luck!

Taken all vitamins now, don’t feel much different. Trying to get pregnant not happened yet, gone on to use alternative vitamins.

Side effects and performance
Well my lady is pregnant. I don’t know if it worked, because it happened after two weeks of taking it and other native African herbs, but I must confess, I stopped taking it before I found out she is pregnant. TBH I and my partner started itching really bad, our bodies had bumps , which we don’t have since I stopped taking it. Well she’s pregnant. Try your luck but if that was the side effect. Don’t take it because the itching is unbearable. For the record the side effects was not from the African herbs as I had it even before the herbs arrived and I was on conceive plus already… we have been trying for a year. So I will say this combined with the African herbs may have done the job. I’m still in shock…

I use more than 4 month no any results and bad headaches itches in my throat and ears when I wake up in the morning
