Professional Plastic Dough Scraper Red

I use for bread , cleaning surfaces and pans bases , not at same time! Once when I couldn't find my serving spoon I used it to gather up rice. Good size flexible but sturdy.

Whilst it is hard to say with certainty, the pictured scraper looks a little more substantial with a thicker spine whilst the one sent is quite thin. For that reason I give it 3 stars despite being a pretty good price. I won't return as I am sure it will do the job but it would have been nice to get the pictured product.

It's a piece of plastic, but with a bevelled edge one side (would say it's good for a right handed) it does the job it's intended. Came in the appropriate size packing. Winner

It is a very good gadget to have for bread making or any baking

It helps when dealing with dough mixing in a bowl. It's great on kitchen worktops as well.

Good little scraper for scraping bread dough from the sides of bowls.

As a bowl scraper this is fine. It's only a cheap bit of shaped plastic but it does the job; indeed, I've given it full marks for the three subsidiary categories. The reason I've marked it down however is precisely because it is a cheap bit of plastic FOR CULINARY USE and, as such, it doesn't warrant the use of a large sticky label which is nigh impossible to remove. I spent ages attacking it with surgical spirit but it still took a lot of effort to remove most of the adhesive residue, and in the end I gave up. Why oh why didn't they think to use an easy-peel label?

Work fine, took half an hour to clean the gungy glue from the stickers.. did eventually come off
